When I’m shooting sports photography, it’s important that I capture shots of everyone on the team. I also try to get shots that matter. Sliding into home plate, the ball, just before it hits the bat, etc. These are the shots everyone wants to see. Not only do they want to see them, they want photographs of their athlete they can possibly frame and cherish forever.
Now that everyone’s a potential photographer with their camera phone, it’s up to me to get those elusive shots they’ll be talking about for years to come.
That’s my goal. That’s what I strive for.
The Pea Ridge Blackhawks fastpitch softball team, at least at the time of this writing, is undefeated.
